This is the Website of Laclede, Inc., the makers of LuvenaŽ and other healthcare products. For General Users. Laclede does not collect any personal information from users browsing its Web site. Users to the public areas of the Laclede Web site browse anonymously. Only aggregate data -- such as the number of hits per page and IP address or domain name of a visiting computer -- are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do not provide any personal identifying information.

Product Orders
All product orders will be processed and shipped within five business days.

Product Exchanges
Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value.
Exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item Ordered
  • Damaged products due to packaging

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis dependent upon the reason for return. As a general practice, Laclede, Inc orders are non-refundable. Should you require assistance with a refund request, please contact the Laclede, Inc’s customer service department directly within 30 days of purchase.

  • Within 30 days from original date of purchase
  • Refunds will be provided in the tender that the purchase was paid in:
    • Checks if cleared after 10 days will be refunded with a Check.
    • Debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
    • Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.

The personal information provided on a Refund Voucher is required in order to process the refund and is used for the following purposes:

    • For auditing purposes; and
    • To ensure customer satisfaction
